Describe the bug
The time displayed on the website does not match my time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any project
  2. Write endoresment
  3. Compare the time indicated on the website with your time

Expected behavior
I expected to see the time in my time zone. The website shows all times in UTC 0 and does not adjust for the user's time zone
