This work is largely completed, much of it documented at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bWoTUD5NkfKjssD6fgxWP0iP3XHP9RBNq2fxVHDU7fk/edit?pli=1#heading=h.tawqbf78n1dx or in the RADx repository.

The merged csv is available at https://github.com/RADx/radx-data-dictionary-analysis/generated.

Once Matthew updates the documentation for public consumption, this task can be signed off.
