~20 minute voice chat. Definitely smaller than the others we're looking at. 18 months old. "We cover about 190 companies, more than any other company out there." We would collect document uploads and PII on our site, then make API calls back and forth, but not in real time, "5-10 minute delay." "We can do a hosted iframe for you, if you want. obviously that would be an additional cost."

"We can do due diligence on companies." That might be interesting, actually.

Again, our volume is an issue, "much lower than we normally deal with." Setup fee is $2,500, then per transaction. He asked me for a number and I said 25¢ to $4 is what we've been seeing, depending on the checks performed etc. He asked if we'd looked at Aristotle.
