Permission a users ability to:

view modules in the navigation panel (Configuration, Trading, Strategies, Dashboard)
view configuration data (accounts, strategies, servers)
manage configuration data (add, edit or delete)
view an account in the trading module
place an order on an account
cancel an open order on an account
view strategies
run a strategy
monitor a running strategy
update a running strategy's parameters in realtime
