Unable to Send Outgoing Webhook Notifications to Microsoft Teams from Grafana OnCall

What went wrong?

What happened:

I am unable to get an outgoing webhook to function properly in Grafana OnCall. Although I can successfully send a command using a curl command and receive a notification in Microsoft Teams, the same does not work through Grafana OnCall.
What did you expect to happen:

I expected that the configured outgoing webhook in Grafana OnCall would successfully send notifications to Microsoft Teams in the same way the curl command does.

How do we reproduce it?

the same webhook i used before with alertmanager and it worked
