We have an external support team that does not have accounts in our Grafana Cloud, and we do not want to provide them access. According to our company policy, we cannot create static users (only SSO).
However, we can create a Grafana team with empty members and set up an email for the team on the Team Details settings page. We want to notify this team by email from the Team Details, and we would appreciate it if you could add an escalation to send notifications to the common team email address.
