Rate object is missing Shipment property

The response when retrieving a rate has a shipment id in it under the "shipment" key. However, I do not see this property on the Rate object.

It does look like the Rate object is not accounting for the "shipment" field. I am taking a look at creating a PR to update that. Thanks for taking the time to let us know and we'll work to get that updated as soon as we can.
