Mid-Roll Ad keep playing

I have installed the code of basic_example and advance_example same. The pre-roll ad play and the content plays fine, but after some time, the mid-roll ad starts and keep playing. In the advance sample, the mid-roll ad plays maybe forever and in the basic example, mid-roll plays for about 5 to 10 times, after that the video plays.
