task 8 Parse the JSON response with kotlinx.serialization

Add kotlinx.serialization library dependencies

Describe the problem
version "1.8.10" cause error, but
"2.0.20" or "1.9.10"
will run as expected

Steps to reproduce?

  1. open 9. Solution code
  2. change "1.9.10" to "1.8.10"
    id("org.jetbrains.kotlin.plugin.serialization") version "1.8.10"
  3. See error... error:
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to create converter for java...MarsPhoto

Versions
_Android Studio version:_Android Studio Ladybug | 2024.2.1 Patch 1
_API version of the emulator:_tried 33 and 35
