[BUG] Part of layer missing after downloading

Summary 📃

I downloaded catchment area for public transport (3 steps, 60 min). First of all shape file format could not be downloaded. Then tried gpkg and geojson, for both files I can only get 2 layers (40 min and 60 min) and 20 min catchment area is missing.
