How to send messages to FFXIV using the bot? #10

I have the bot set up correctly, and have dedicated a channel for CLWLS1. The plugin description says it's possible to send messages from discord to FFXIV, but I haven't figured out how to do so. I have tried simply typing a response into the channel, as well as "PlayerName@Server ", but it isn't appearing in-game. All chat messages sent from FFXIV seem to go to the channel without an issue, though.
