Added "host" to OpenAPI 2 spec, will leave open to ensure this makes the transition to "servers" when transitioning to OpenAPI 3.

Looks like a "servers" section is optional in openapi3. A good idea, but letting paths be relative to the server the user found the resource at is fine until geographically distributed arrays of go-wfs are being spun up.
