theming does not allow to define the border radius of menu items , theming should allow to define the border radius of the overed element

like in the attached image

There are three elements in the circle there. Two NSMenuItems are part of the top bar and one in the drop-down for the menu (New...). For clarification, which of the items are you referring to?
