Our sources for bug reports currently are:

  • ourselves during testing
  • users when they reach out to us

This is not optimal as it might lead to us misjudging the severity of an issue. We, therefore, should add some form or error tracking to our apps so that we can identify and fix issues faster. All of this should be done without interfering with the privacy concerns of our users.

This definitely still needs some tweaking, but the first steps are done, and errors are being reported.
