Missing scrollbars on some sites

After update to Firefox 46.0 the scrollbar disappeared on some sites.
For example:
http://vbox7.com/
http://gong.bg/
about:addons
No problems with default theme.

Firefox 46.0
GNOME theme 45.1
Ubuntu 16.04

Unfortunately issue is still present. I'm using Firefox 47.0.1 and gnome-integration is in version 45.1 (last update 19.07.2016).

Same for me. I'm using Firefox 52.0.2. This site (http://www.vandenborre.be/fr), for example, doesn't work. Scrollbars are missing.

It looks like the problem only occurs when JavaScript is enabled.
