Mein Feature existiert noch nicht in der neusten Version von MySpeed.
Ich habe überprüft, dass mein Feature noch von niemanden vorgeschlagen wurde.

Hello,
I've switched to MySpeed a year ago, forgot the exact name of the one i used before, but isn't really relevant anyway.
I'm using the telegram integration, and have myspeed configured to test each 2 hours, consequently receiving each 2 hours a telegram notification.
The 'value' of these notifications, certainly after some time, becomes less, if that makes any sense.
On the speedtester i used before, i've used a telegram integration aswell, but with an option to only alert you if down/up speeds
are below a set treshold.
I'd like to propose this feature here aswell as receiving each 2 hours a notification, it is hard to distinct good and bad results over time, rendering in my opinion the notifications less valuable.

I also started using myspeed only recently - this is also what I expect from notifications.
I initially expected the "error" message for Telegram to be with the purpose, but it seems its there for an actual error and not very slow speeds. In my head the error message doesn't make much sense, because the most likely scenario of an error of the speedtest is your internet being down, in which can you won't receive the message anyway.
Introducing a threshold for a "slow" or "bad" speedtest, either in percentage or with a specific value in Mbps/ms, ideally customizable for ping, down and up would be great. It could (should?) also ideally be application wide so that it can be used with other integrations.
