FEAT: options for tool-tip position

• would be great to have data-blobity-tooltip-position="left-bottom" property on the focusable element.

What problem would it help to solve?

• using the tooltip on navigation links that are too close from each others**

• bad for accessibility

Nice idea @sudokud. Would you have some specific screenshots of the situation you want to avoid?

Just thinking out loud here... Do you think this should be something controllable manually, or should Blobity somehow be handling it automatically, based on the position on the page, and/or some other circumstances?
