Make the notification counter limit customizable

Pitch

Currently the notification counter stops at 40. It would be nice to be able to change that limit to a higher number - additionally should there be more notifications than the set limit, a "+" could be displayed next to it.

Motivation

Just a QOL of life feature - it's easy for me to reach that unread notification size quite easily and I'd like to have it larger
