Like this, but a version we can embed in Gleam backends for use in dev! https://github.com/FiloSottile/mkcert

Exactly what workflow and UX is best is up for discussion, but I think it would be beneficial to have some way of cloning a Wisp/etc app and then running it and getting HTTPS with minimal effort.
