Does it work with Bootstrap 3?

I am trying to use your nice plugin in a bootstra3-based web site but it does not work.

When I set alwaysShow:true, it just adds a lot of white space at the end of the page. I tried setting it up both in document.ready and window.load methods with no success.

Is it going as expected? Is there any way to have it working in comb with Bootstrap?
