Gitpod Flex - delete organization

Bug description

When i delete organization and then try to create organization with same name it says organization with that name already exists.

Steps to reproduce

Steps:
a.)Gitpod Flex > Settings & members > General > Delete this Organization
b.) Gitpod Flex > Create your organization > use the same name for "Organization name"

Workspace affected

No response

Expected behavior

It should create organization.
