Feature request: sort Publications by date, or allow manual reordering

Publications are shown in order of entry. It would be very useful to either (a) allow them to be manually reordered or (b) display them in reverse-chronological order (newest first).

Thanks for the feedback! It's a bug that it's not chronological, so I'll fix that. I'll also look at reordering because I think that would also be valuable.
