We currently don't have a deploy CI step and release process like we do in Giraffe.

For now I've made sure the AppVeyor CI build was able to deploy the latest version with the .NET 7 PR which was merged. I don't remember anymore why I left the template on AppVeyor, there was something missing about GitHub Actions initially but I can't see why it couldn't be migrated now.
