Feature request: option to remove from tab context menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I use the extension rarely. It unnecessarily wastes space in the tab context menu.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option in the extension settings next to the option to disable website context menu.

Describe alternatives you've considered (optional)

• adding that removal to the website context menu option,
• making the menu disabled by default (involves my proposed solution),
• userChrome - don't want to play with it and it is problematic for less tech-savvy people

You can set the hidden option tabMenuEnabled to false for this, see https://github.com/gildas-lormeau/SingleFile/wiki/Hidden-options for more info.
This option is hidden because it's specific to Firefox and most people don't complain about the fact it's set to true by default.

This feature enabled causes context menu clutter. The extension can be used via extension icon anyway. And there are lots and lots of options. I would even consider disabling it by default. I think more people would think about hiding it via userChrome.
