Guided steps for cross site iframe

Is there a way to target elements inside of a cross site iframe?
I have tried several different elements inside of an iframe and it doesn't appear to be working.
I am creating a website that guides users to certain parts of an external website.
Your package seems like the best way to accomplish this, I have just ran into this roadblock and was wondering if there's an easy way to do this =) Thanks
