all: prefix not working for reset_font_size and decrease_font_size

Hey, for font related actions it seems like the all: trigger prefix only applies to all surfaces when used in combination with increase_font_size action. Not for decrease_font_size and reset_font_size.

Here is my minimal config

keybind = all:super+equal=increase_font_size:1
keybind = all:super+plus=increase_font_size:1
keybind = all:super+minus=decrease_font_size:1
keybind = all:super+zero=reset_font_size

this should be fixed on tip

this keybind also wont work? plus is only generated by shift on us layouts so it requires shift in the keybind
