Following up on customer support ticket #55572

In SELLER DASHBOARD - SETTINGS - SHIPPING - DOKAN TABLE RATE > The Dokan Table Rate module is not working in other languages (other than the default site language), even though all strings are translated in the backend, but this page is empty in other languages. Please review this video from 16min30 to 17min: check video in customer support ticket #55572

And here is other tickets related to Shipping Methods translation issues: #65 + #35
