权限方面的bug #21

更改了用户A的权限或者分组之后，A在已登录的情况下，权限或者分组是不会改变的。

我的做法是，更改用户A的权限或者分组时，删除A的信息缓存和菜单缓存，强制用户A重新登录，能满足需求，但不是最优
