Step 1.
Create a new Amazon sGMS instance for testing purposes. Install the sGMS on it using these instructions.
https://github.com/genome/gms/wiki/Beginners-Guide-to-installing-the-GMS-on-an-Amazon-Web-Services-%28AWS%29-Instance

Step 2.
Make sure this procedure is actually still working correctly:
https://github.com/genome/gms/wiki/Beginner%27s-Guide-to-Data-Import

Step 3.
Destroy the Amazon instance created for testing purposes.

Step 4. Once we are satisfied that this will work, we want to use the data import procedure to import some test data into the persistent Amazon instance we are running as a public demo. We should set up this data and get builds ready to run, but do NOT actually launch them.

Step 5. Write a concise set of instructions for reviewers of the sGMS to log into this instance and be able to run a few builds, monitor their progress, etc. and see how that works without having to do the complete installation from scratch or download the data files (all of which takes a bit too much time for a quick review).
