Hi,
In GO-CAM models and the widget, the name used for the chemicals is the official Chebi name which often different that the one used in RHEA for the same Chebi. RHEA name is usually closer to the one used in the literature and more understandable for the user.
Would it be possible to display the RHEA name for the chemical ? at least in the widget?

An example:

http://noctua.geneontology.org/workbench/noctua-visual-pathway-editor/?model_id=gomodel%3A622aace900001143

D-glucopyranose (CHEBI:4167) is actually D-Glucose in RHEA and in Uniprot function, which is confusing for the user:

Thank you.

Looking at the ChEBI OBO file: These would be 'easy' to parse out using [UniProt] synonyms

[Term]
id: CHEBI:4167
name: D-glucopyranose
subset: 3_STAR
def: "A glucopyranose having D-configuration." []
synonym: "D-glucose" RELATED [UniProt]
