EC and RHEA have a reaction for
D-amino-acid N-acetyltransferase activity, which have a single child, D-tryptophan N-acetyltransferase activity
However I cannot find the equivalent for L-amino-acid N-acetyltransferase activity, which has many specific reactions:
'L-aspartate N-acetyltransferase activity'
'L-cysteine-S-conjugate N-acetyltransferase activity'
'L-glutamate N-acetyltransferase activity'
'L-histidine N-acetyltransferase activity'
'L-leucine N-acetyltransferase activity'
'L-lysine N-acetyltransferase activity, acting on acetyl phosphate as donor'
'L-lysine N6-acetyltransferase'
'L-methionine N-acyltransferase activity'
'L-phenylalanine N-acetyltransferase activity'
So, I created a grouping term.
I'll check with RHEA if they would add this reaction.
Thanks, Pascale
