The history_features table is missing in the BQ dataset, even though the history_layers table is present.

However, planet_features and planet_layers are both present.

For the planet ETL, it appears that planet_features table is referenced here:

feature_union_bq_table_name = "planet_features"

For the history ETL, the equivalent reference is here, to a table named feature_union:

feature_union_bq_table_name = "feature_union"

I did not trace the logic, but I suspect there is a glob pattern or table name iteration somewhere that is missing the oddly named feature_union table, which should rather be named history_features.
