Disable but show future page numbers. #46

Great work.

Is there a way to disable page numbers after X page, but still show the numbers on the pagination but make them not clickable (greyed out).

For example, there is 20 pages, but only 10 or accessable. Maybe pages 11-20 visible on the pagination but they can not be clicked/selected.
