Problem with high registry load

Database server:

Corresponds to many registry errors getting a DB connection: Cause: org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Failed to obtain JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLTransientConnectionException: HikariPool-1 - Connection is not available, request timed out after 30000ms.

→ Check if any recent changes need a new index added etc.

I did some changes in the downloads endpoints to less some data from the DB in some specific endpoints that are used when creating downloads. Also removed some unnecessary calls in occurrence-ws.

I'll keep the issue open to see if the changes have a positive feedback and to keep doing improvements.
