In some cases, node managers know when identifiers updates are done on purpose by the publishers. At least one node contact us regularly on Helpdesk to ask us to unpause dataset ingestion. This Node also has access to the registry (scope of the Node) and can see the "allow failed identifier" button in the registry UI.
However, when they click that button, it says "unauthorised".
Would it be possible to make it possible for them to unpause the dataset themselves?
Alternatively, if they aren't authorised to do so, I think we should hide the button.
