Error message in sdf2usd while URLs are used in .sdf

• OS Version: Ubuntu 20.04

Description

When i try to convert a .sdf to a .usd and the .sdf uses URLs the conversion fails as the tool is not able to access the URL. I attached the used .sdf as a .txt that i got from the Gazebosim library

The sdf2usd converter does not support models included from Fuel. I think the best thing to do is to open the model in Gazebo, "Save" it with all includes expanded and then convert the generated SDF file.

I'll close this issue since there is no plan to support Fuel models in the converter.
