fMRIprep is a containerized pipeline for preprocessing fMRI data. Before we run fMRIprep, we need to prepare the intended for information in the TOPUP .json file, so that it can work properly.

Here we want to implement fmriprep in launchcontainer:

step 1: prepare the intendedfor.json file

step 2: launch fMRIprep

Level of development: 50%

step 1, needs help

step 2, able to launch
