Heudiconv is widely used to convert dicom to BIDS format Nifti, it requires 2 steps of launching.

Here we want to make launchcontainers able to support heudiconv:

step 1 is taking yaml and sublist

step 2 is taking yaml, subsist and heuristic.py

Right now we have the .sh code for launching that to cluster, we want to transfer those codes into python so that you can use launchcontainer to launch it.
