Gammpy.org issues on mobile phone

On android machine with a chrome browser, https://gammapy.org/ does not deploy correctly.
It is not possible to access the different tabs (Team/ Contribute/Documentation etc).

It works correctly with computers, so I really do not know to solve this.

Yes, looks like the small screen problem again (I remember sth similar a few months ago, you get the same problem if you reduce the size of the window on your computer screen). I will have a look

This issue is fixed with the commits 8a58cf0 and 90686d5.
