Upload from Remote Filesource - improve listing

Show personally configured remote data sources first, potentially in separate list on top, filter, whatever makes sense. Now that users can easily add their own this can be difficult to quickly navigate.

imo, it may make sense to combine #19455 with most-recently-used ordering (e.g. order by most recently used first, then private file sources).

That sounds like a good idea! Unfortunately, there is currently no way of tracking when a file source was used or accessed AFAIK. As a potential improvement in this direction, we could try to store in the browser this "access date + file source ID" and then use it for reordering, with the obvious downside of not being able to track this information across different devices or browsers 🤔
