Allow complex parameters to be specified.
Higher level constructs for multi-map parameters, collection reductions, etc...
More testing.
Write documentation.
Parse the output of tool running into a useful data structure.

Some work in progress in the improved_tools_api branch (https://github.com/jmchilton/blend4j/tree/improved_tools_api).
