Themes are broken for "Prarie Trillium" #78

The themes a broken for the upcoming RStudio version 2022.01 Prairie Trillium.

AFAICT the .rstudio-themes-flat class has been removed. It's possible that the class isn't necessary for current versions either, or that I was using it to increase specificity of certain rules. Hopefully this is the only major change, but it's possible that there are other broken areas of the themes. 2021.09 Ghost Orchid seems to be unaffected.

Balance a CSS class has been restored, order reigns, themes aren't broken anymore!
