UICollectionViewCell & UITableViewCell iOS 13. Add subviews in contentView. #156

It's not even a mistake. It is necessary to draw the attention of developers to this nuance.

When you add something to UICollectionViewCell and UITableViewCell you cannot do:

self.subviews (view)

Should be strict:

contentView.subviews (view)

Otherwise, a subtle error will come out. Everything works perfectly in iOS 14, but in iOS 13 you won't see anything in the collection and table.
