As olsrdV4 and olsrdV6 are completely independent at runtime, does it make sense to have also a completely independent / separate watchdog?

I think that it makes sense to have the one script take care of both daemons. It serves a single purpose and having just one script keeps the clutter in /etc/crontabs/root down.
