I created an automatic workflow that changes the status to “Closed” and, as its only action, sends an email to the customer.
When I use the “Send and Close” action, the workflow email is sent, but the user’s reply—which should be dispatched before the ticket is closed—is not sent.
Checking the outgoing messages for that reply shows that there was no attempt to send it.
