Account creation is working 100% correctly.

Improvements in user journey needed:

should we force long password
validate ORCID
User name should be in email
Make email better - comms promotion
Dashboard better
Dashboard appears to have errors reporting - check and solve issues

Check if users can use email to login with.

Check if login attempt block is working, as have two systems.

Turn off multiuple activity log plugins.
