Make last transactions minimizable in mobile view

The last transaction in the UserDetails view take up a lot of space when being on mobile devices. We should make the last transaction minimizable to fix this issue.

Still needs better layouting.

Right now we have the following issues:

• The before element is still added even though it is the first expansion panel
• The margins and paddings don't match up nicely
• Should be collapsed in mobile view

The Graph in the side isn't minimizable either.
