Update simbrief import to reflect the addition of fuel and payload #937

With flybywiresim/aircraft#8415

Simbrief import is changed to also automatically import fuel numbers and payload numbers in their respective pages.

This will affect probably most areas of the docs where simbrief import is mentioned.
