Rails Conf 2023 Presentation Proposal

RailsConf 2023 is in Atlanta from April 24 -26. Dockerfiles is a Rails 7.1 feature. And there are a number of other, smaller, features, that make deploying easier. I'm planning on submitting a talk.

Potential topics to cover in the talk:

• Factors that went into the design of the initial Dockerfile provided by Rails.
• Examples of changes to your application that will require you to update your Dockerfile.
• Other factors to consider in designing your Dockerfile, and tools available to help you.
• Other deployment considerations: e.g., secrets, volumes, databases, logs, health checks.

I have plenty of material to draw from including demos,cookbooks, and FAQ.
