I will translate boxes.py to Czech

Hey, I was wondering If I could help translate to Czech. My father in law (not proficient in English) would really benefit from this translation.

Sure, translations are very welcome. I am not too familiar with the whole translation thing. The code does use getttext throughout though. My understanding is you can either directly start a new file po/cz.po as a copy of po/boxes.py.pot or you can try to get #186 sorted out and use whatever tool that results in.

./setup.py build creates the .mo files that are actually read for translations at run time. Although they are generated they are currently checked into the repository to allow running Boxes.py directly from the checkout.
